Adesegun Olusola Olaneye FCA (Principal Partner)

Adesegun Olusola Olaneye, a chartered accountant, started his professional career with Akintola Williams Deloitte in 1985. He has over the years worked with many firms of chartered accountants and organizations both in Nigeria and Cameroon as Auditor, Consultant, Accountant and Financial Controller.  A seasoned public practice auditor with more than 30 years’ experience. He has extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and administrative systems for small, medium and large companies and in-depth knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements especially for companies operating in Nigeria. 

He has attended many highly sophisticated trainings and workshops which have helped to sharpen his experience.

Anthony Obasi FCA (Partner)

Anthony C. Obasi, a chartered accountant who started his professional career with National Universities Commission holds MBA (Management) degree. He has over the years worked with many firms of chartered accountants and organizations both in Nigeria and Cameroon as Auditor, Consultant, Accountant and Financial Controller.  A seasoned public practice auditor with more than 24years’ experience. He has extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and administrative systems for small, medium and large companies and in-depth knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements. 

Anthony has worked as a consultant to the Department for International Development (DFID) as State Economic Empowerment Development Strategy (SEEDS) benchmark assessor in Ekiti and Kogi States in Nigeria. In this assignment, other development partners, USAID, UNDP, EU and CIDA were involved and sent representatives in the field as observers. He has been team member/leader for the audit of Nigeria Opportunities Industrialization Center (NOIC) since 1998 while with Mokuolu Rubens & Co. for Opportunities Industrialization Center International, Inc. (OICI) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

He has attended many highly sophisticated trainings and workshops which have helped to sharpen his experience in the area of development accounting and financial management with special emphasis on USAID,UNDP, EU and DFID funded projects.

Emmanuel Maduabuchi Obike  BSc, FCMA, ACTI, FCA (Partner)

Emmanuel M. Obike, a chartered accountant who started his professional career with articleship at Badejo Ayanfalu & Co holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and MBA (Management). He has over the years worked with accounting firms and  public quoted companies in Nigeria as Auditor, Consultant, Management Accountant, and Chief Accountant.  A seasoned public practice auditor with more than 35 years’ experience. He has extensive expertise in finance, management accounting, and administrative systems for small, medium and large companies and in-depth knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements. 

Qualified in 1981 with Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and served his articleship with Badejo Ayanfalu & Co and before joining Olusola Olaneye & Co in 2000

Adeyemi Olusegun Onabajo FCA (Partner)

Adeyemi O Onabajo, a chartered accountant who started his professional career with Oyelayo Oyinola & Co holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He has over the years worked with accounting firms and medium sized organizations in Nigeria as Auditor, Consultant, and Accountant.  A seasoned public practice auditor with more than 13 years’ experience. He has extensive expertise in finance, Nigerian Taxation, and administrative systems for small, medium and large companies and in-depth knowledge of regulations and reporting.
